Days two and three

Tuesday 20 and Wednesday 21 October

Two full days of one to one meetings, arranged individually rather than run as a hall of numbered tables. Fewer, better conversations with counterparts who have a reason to be in the room.

Delegates are encouraged to take meetings at their counterparts' own premises. Seeing a facility, a port operation or a processing site tells you more in an hour than a week of correspondence.

Schedules for these two days are being confirmed and are built individually with each delegate.

Preparing for your meetings

  • Provide your sector and target counterparts at registration
  • Identify specific companies or agencies you wish to meet
  • Indicate if you require a site visit rather than a boardroom meeting
